At Buddy Brew Coffee, we want you to love every sip; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and exchanges for fresh-roasted beans.

Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package

For brewing equipment and merchandise, ensure items are unused and in original packaging; for coffee beans, please ensure at least 75% of the bag remains.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement coffee within 3 to 5 business days.
